Legends to bring the ruckus and the music was off tha chain. PLus we managed to

This was Tha Brown Pound second appearance at "Culture Fest" as it is commonly
know. The event showcases the ethnic diversity of the city and its musicians
and other artisans. There's nothing like Home Sweet Home, and we brought our
"A" game.
The event concluded with an appearance by SWV- Sisters With Voices". Old

morning show". Probably the coolest voice mail we've heard so far. We hit up
WGN studios and posted up for da morning show.

Chicago.
Hip-Hop Connxion
put on a ridiculous show. They are a b-boy/b-girl
group that has received national acclaim and awards.
Supa Jane

headlined the event and performed original tracks from Jane's album.
Buda and
Shawn
did tha damn thang as usual and
DJ Strike
layed down some raw
instrumentals. This was a great showcase of underground talent in Chicago and
we are always lookin for new talent. Lookout for tha next show.

during Cultural Festival aka "Culture Fest" at Miller Park, quoted from the
Pantagraph.
Big Hit got his mug in Sunday's Pantagraph on stage during his performance of
his new hit single "BuckWild". This song is guaranteed to get ya Buck, and we
will be continuing to promote this cut all throughout tha ILL State!!! Other

In front of rowdy old-school hip-hop fans, tha Brown Pound was representin' tha
TOO White Crew. Don't get it twisted, we kick it with these guys cuz they can
cover any hip hop song from tha early 80's to mid 90's just as good as the
original performers did. We helped them close out tha show, with tha TWC song.
"Back in 92, where wuz U? I wuz skippin school, Chuggin O-E brew, Back in 92,
where wuz U? Watchin' Yo MTV raps wit Dre & Snoop!!"

Catch local talent on Tuesday's at the Canopy club. Big Hit Buda rocked his
classics, "Tha NFL", "Tha ILLINI" and "BuckWild". We met Elton "Poo Poo"
Cleaves, a talented comedian & R&B performer, and J-Vicious, who looks like
he'll be getting some work in with Ruff Ryders in tha future. On tha real,
Monday's at The Canopy club are going to be off tha chain, if you are looking
for something to do on Monday's make it an every week thing to check out
Champaign's finest.

Big Hit Buda and Shawn Til Dawn got down @ 1:00 a.m. on Monday, (that's
dedication). Buda performed his remix of the Game's single "Dreams". This cut
goes head-to-head with the original cut and we are looking to put that up for a
FREE download in shortly. We also met C-King, a champaign act, that brings a
new, funky, style to tha mic, in a way that only he does it.

After attending tha Snoop & Game concert at tha
All State Arena. BHB and crew took off 2 join the
TWC again at tha Blue Iguana on tha North side of tha Chi.
A power outage and bar fight did not stop TWC from doin
their thang. This time Buda performed "2 White Crew"
again with hiz younger brother, Shawn Til Dawn who
added hiz own verse 2 this underground classic.

iz tha world's first live hip-hop tribute band.
They cover song's like "Push It" by Salt-n-Peppa,
and "Nuttin But a G Thang" by Snoop, all tha old
school classics we love. U can go to their

near u. BUDA performed a cover of Biz Markie's
"Just a Friend" with his own lyricz he wrote for this
performance titled "2 White Crew". He flipped tha
hook and stunned tha crowd with his original
lyricz 2 a hip-hop classic. Tha song waz
dedicated 2 TWC 4 their mutual respect and love
4 tha Ol' School.

those of u who did not read Buda's article on tha front page of tha Pantagraph... ceck it out to find out tha crazy ass story of how we got "Tha
ILLINI" on four radio stations within 24 hours of recording it. (Power 92,
WBNQ, Mix 94.5, & Hot 105.5 Blazin HipHop n R&B). While dropping off copies of
tha record at Kam'z... Buda met C-Note/lead MC of tha TooWhiteCrew. They felt tha
track and asked BHB 2 perform it on stage during their show. Although Kam'z
Patrons had never heard tha song..they instantly sang along 2 tha hook and shut
that mutha down.

2-23-05 Wednesday - Pub II - Normal, ILL.

his iz where it all kicked off. After being featured in tha E-Zone of tha ISU
Vidette... BigHit rocked tha Pub 2 on its most banginest night "Wasted Wednesdayz".
He set it off with a cover of 50'z "In da Club" and flipped "In da Pub"
instead of 50's lyrics. Buda continued 2 get tha crowd charged with repeated
chants and rants.
The sound system couldn't handle tha energy and shorted for 15 seconds of
Buda's performance of "Tha ILL State". Just like a true MC, Buda continued to
shout over 400+ people using his Loud Mouf and flowed right into the beat when
tha system kicked back on again.
Buda became tha 1st rapper to rock PUB II, and proved that this performance
waz like hiz demo CD titled...
1st One Many 2 Come..
